This smothie is great for fast hydration and can be a great snack in between meals, before or after training. It also helps to prevent diabetes and heart diseases.
Cut bananas and Bok Choy into smaller pieces
Open passion fruit and scoop out the pulp
Squeeze out the juice of lime
Put everything into a blender, add water and and blend well together
Serve with passion fruit and a lime slice on top and enjoy ☺
